Steve asked Chef Christian Rassinoux, from the Ritz Carlton of Laguna Niguel, to cook a special meal at our house. They brought everything, from the flower arrangement to the silverware . It was exceptional!
Three couples came to help us eat and be merry: Jan & Marty Koruba, Jeanne & Larry Milne, and Suzy & John Walker.
But first Steve had to induct Christian as an American Citizen! The baseball bat and baseball cap were the official tools, and Christian also got an etched bottle of Dom Perignon to celebrate his pledge of allegiance.
The Sous Chef was Yvon, and Patrick and Belgido were helping. We were lucky that John Dravinski came too, and he was our Sommelier, aside from being a good friend.
